• May 20: Chamber performs at Asbury UMC, Delaware, OH @ 4pm. Carpool from West; leaving @ 11:30am.
• May 22: Spring Concert Rehearsal 2:45-5:00pm @ West; soloists 5-6pm
• May 23: Spring Concert 7pm @ West (dinner served on Main Street beginning at 5:00pm; call 5:45pm)
• May 24: Chamber Choir - Christ the King Rehearsal 7-9pm
• May 25: Chamber Choir Concert @ Christ the King @ 7pm (call 5:30pm)
• May 27: Chamber Choir Recording Session 6-9pm
• May 28: Chamber Choir Recording Session 9am-12pm
• May 30: Baccalaureate Rehearsal 3:00-3:30pm
• May 31: Baccalaureate 7:30pm (call 6:45pm)
• June 5:  Karaoke Party @ Eli's Sports Bar & Grill 6pm-9pm

It's almost time to return our uniforms for the year.  Here are a few guidelines:

1. ALL UNIFORMS SHOULD BE RETURNED (even if student is planning to be in choir next year)
2. ALL UNIFORMS SHOULD BE CLEANED (Women's Choir and Chorale skirts/tops are machine washable; Men's tuxes are to be DRY-CLEANED and returned with the dry-cleaning receipt stapled to the bag)
3. Schedule for return:

• • Women's Choir: May 8 & 11
  • Men's Choir and Women's Chorale: May 15 & 18
  • Men's Chorale: May 18
  • All Uniforms: by May 22

1. LAST DAY FOR RETURN: May 22.  Uniforms not returned by this date will forfeit the $25 deposit
2. Deposits will be returned on the day that the Uniform is turned in.
